First combination of robotics and computer science as a master's programme
Robotics is currently becoming one of the key technologies. It will significantly change all areas of society, in particular the conditions of work and production. The new master program Robotic Systems Engineering at Wels and Hagenberg campuses represents an ideal higher qualification in this area.
The curriculum builds on present and future trends, such as Industry 4.0, collaborative robotics and digital helpers. Graduates are able to facilitate development of these technologies in order to support modern work and production environments. This includes the design of modern collaborative robot systems that perform tasks which would be exhausting or dangerous for humans. Such systems can incorporate autonomous vehicles, smart devices or smart sensors.
