DYnamic Navigation and Autonomous Mobile Intelligent Control System


Team DYNAMICS was founded at the end of 2007 as RoboRacingTeam RRT. Team members are experienced in building autonomous robots for competitions. The team's robots have won competitions such as the Robot Challenge in Vienna, the Robot SM in Gothenburg, and the RoboGames in San Francisco. The team also started at the Eurobot in La Ferté Bernard, France, Rapperswill, Switzerland and Heidelberg, Germany and the team won the Eurobot 2011 in Astrakhan, Russia.

The team first participated as RoboRescue Team RRT in RoboCup Rescue in 2009 and has been improving on their rescue robots ever since. The team won the Best in Class Manipulation competition at the RoboCup German Open 2013 and 2014. At RoboCup 2013 in Eindhoven our team won 9th place of overall, 2nd place of Best in Class Manipulation and qualified for the finals of Best in Class Mobility. In 2014 the team won 2nd place and in 2019 3rd place overall in the RoboCup German Open.

RRT also participated at the IAEA - International Atom Energy Agency competition in Brisbane, Australia in 2017, the World Robot Summit in Tokyo in 2018 and at the EnRicH competition in a real nuclear facility in 2019.

To show their new focus on dynamic navigation and autonomy, the team participates in competitions as Team DYNAMICS from 2020.
